Shipping to all of Spain

Returns in Spain (within the Iberian Peninsula) are free if requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns outside of Spain will be charged the same as the shipping cost incurred when processing the order.

In all cases, only the amount of the returned item(s) will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Returns : To return products you have purchased from us, you only need to:

1. Keep garments in perfect condition, unwashed or unworn, and with their tags.

2. Request a return through this link: https://surippa.shipping-portal.com/rp/ with your postal code and order number or tracking number. (If your order doesn't ship, please email us at hola@surippa.es with your order number.)

3. You'll receive a label that you can use to take to a post office and drop off the package. Once we receive it and verify that everything is in good condition, we'll issue the refund.

Changes in Spain (within the Iberian Peninsula) will be free.

Exchanges: To exchange the products you have purchased from us, you will only need to:

1. Keep garments in perfect condition, unwashed or unworn, and with their tags.

2. Go to our Contact page or send us an email to hola@surippa.es, including your order number, the model you're exchanging, and the model you'd like to receive instead. Please note that we'll ship your order within 14 days of receiving it.

3. You will receive a package with the new flip-flops and a label that you will need to attach to the same package with the flip-flops you want to return, so the same delivery person can take them.

Second Change Policy: For a second change request, a €6 fee will be charged.
